Mail Tracking
Online tracking information on the delivery status of registered mail/parcels sent overseas is available for selective countries. You can connect to the mail tracking website of the country below directly. For destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong.
Note : most of the tracking websites serve Speedpost service only.
Return & Refund Policies
Holga Magic offers a No-hassle exchange within 30days only if your goods are found to be defective by manufacturer. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:
1. We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use, buyer has responsibility to cooperate and follow the test correctly.
2. The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
3. Customer's response of cost of return shipping, while Holga Magic will cover all expense of send out replacement.
4. Please enclosed with a note with your email/ Surname and describe what's happen to the item (probably the email went thur)
5. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
6. Holga Magic does not has responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
7. Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
8. Finally, if things still not work out (i.e. parcel missing after investigation), refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Please kindly email us at shop@holga-magic.com for such request.
